Winfred Frank Carr

Winfred F. Carr, 82, of Vidor, died Saturday, July 19, 2014 at his residence. A native of Winnie, Winfred was a longtime resident of Vidor, and was a retired lineman assistant with Dunlap Electrical. Winfred served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Del Rose Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Winfred was preceded in death by his son Rodney Spoonemore, and his brother Everett Carr. Winfred is survived by his wife Mildred Carr, daughter Karen Spoonemore both of Vidor, three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
