William Francis King

Billy King, 56, of Evadale died Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at his residence. A native of Staten Island, NY., he has lived in Texas for over 10 years, and was a patient transport driver with Stat-Care EMS. His love for music gave him great joy, and allowed him to touch many lives. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, 2009 at Central Baptist Church in Evadale. He is survived by his wife Cindy King of Evadale, son Aran King of Raleigh, NC., step-sons Robert Day of Dallas, Chris Day of Plano, TX., and Gage Marshall of Evadale, step-daughter April Tolbert of Evadale, brother Joe King of Staten Island, NY., niece Roxanne King of Staten Island, NY., step-grandchildren Seth Crumpton of Evadale and Braylon Day of Plano, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Evadale Catfish Festival, King and Queen Scholarship Fund, , P.O. Box 45, Evadale, Texas 77615, In Memory of Billy King.
