Wendell Isaac Ezell

Wendell I. Ezell, 67, of Mauriceville died Monday, November 12, 2012 at Harbor Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Delhi, LA., he was a longtime resident of Mauriceville, and was a retired Operating Engineer. Wendell served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Vidor. Wendell was preceded in death by his parents Isaac and Lottie Ezell, grandparents Clark and Millie Ezell, and Sidney and Sally Best. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Sandra Ezell of Mauriceville, sons Jason Eric Ezell of Chesnee, SC., Charles “Bubba” Shannon Simon of Hillister, TX., Clint Robert Simon of Manvel, TX., daughter Rhonda Simon Jones of Flint, TX., brother Nicholas Ezell of Bastrop, TX., sisters Vonnie Plunkett and Donna Lingefelt both of Mauriceville, fourteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
