Wanda Gale Lavalle

Wanda Gale LaValle, 43, of Vidor died Saturday April 12, 2003 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Jackson, MS., she lived in Vidor for the past 29 years. Wanda was a loving mother and homemaker to her husband and children. She was the manager of the 4H in Vidor, a member of HEART homes school group, she did charity work at Changing Seasons Nursing Home and volunteered her time with many other charities. Wanda and her family are members of Old Faith Chapel in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday April 16, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday April 15, 2003 at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband: Ray LaValle of Vidor, TX., parents: Jimmy A. And Faye George of Vidor, TX., sons: Chris McGee in the U.S. Navy, Samuel LaValle III of Vidor, TX., Anthony LaValle of Vidor, TX., Nick Keil of Ogden, UT., brother: Jack George of Eunice, LA., sisters: Sylvia Snowden of Jasper, TX., Patsy Clement of Woodville, TX., Joy Breaux of Crowley, LA., donations can be made to: a memorial fund for Wanda LaValle at Community Bank in Vidor.
