Virgie O Mae Ortego

Virgie M. Ortego, 67, of Vidor died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Lake Charles, LA., she has lived in Vidor since 1964, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Pecan Acres Baptist Church of Vidor. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Virgie is survived by her sons, David Ortego of Vidor, and Joseph T. Ortego of San Antonio, TX., daughters, Deborah Jefferson of Nederland, TX., Carla Mefford of Tacoma, WA., Michelle Marshall of Bridge City, TX., Lisa Hoagland of Paola, KS., and Rene Johnson of Wurzburg, Germany, brothers, Davis Guillory of Lake Charles, LA., and Danny Guillory of Baton Rouge, LA., sister, Bernice Hebert of Lake Charles, LA., twelve grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
