Vera A. Sharpe Vera A. Sharpe, 94, of Vidor died April 4, 2004 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Indian Bayou, LA., she was a resident of Vidor for 74 years. She was a member of the ladies Auxiliary at the VFW Post 8246 and a member of Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday April 6, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 9-12 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at the funeral home. She is survived by her care taker: Anita Sides of Vidor, TX., and several Nieces and Nephews.
