Vaughan Hollis Statum

Hollis Statum, 64, of Vidor died Sunday, September 14, 2008 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Center, TX, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Hollis was a retired Heavy Equipment Mechanic for the Texas Department of Transportation. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with cremation to follow. Hollis is survived by his wife Pam Statum of Vidor, sons Bobby Jerry, and Carl Statum all of Vidor, Ricky Statum and his wife Kristi of Buna, TX, daughters Lisa Groves, and Stormy Robinson and her husband Glen all of Vidor, mother of the children Sandi Brinkley of Vidor, son Tony Warren of Vidor, TX, brother David Statum and his wife Eva of Vidor, TX, 24 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and numerous friends, nieces, nephews and loved ones.
