Thomas "Tom" Milton Hagler

Thomas "Tom" Milton Hagler, 84 of Vidor died Thursday, March 21st, 2019 at Village Creek Nursing Home in Lumberton, TX. A native of San Augustine, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Thomas attended Faith Baptist Church in Vidor and retired from Goodyear Chemical Plant as operations supervisor after 37 years. Thomas served his country in the U.S. Army and enjoyed fishing and gardening, but he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great granddaughter. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, March 25, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at 2:00 pm at Antioch Cemetery in San Augustine, Texas. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Hagler. He is survived by his daughters Tammy Simpson and her husband Stuart of Vidor, TX, Carol Woods and her husband Carl of Crystal Beach, TX, and Jamie Hagler of Silsbee, TX, brother Travis Hagler and sister Joy Morse both of Vidor, TX, 5 grandchildren Ben and Eli Simpson, Raymond and Kayleigh Woods and Kara Robin, great granddaughter Eden LaFleur.
