Thomas Joel Chapman II, 49, of Vidor, TX. Passed away December 11, 2003 as a result of an automobile accident on December 5, 2003. He was employer by James G. Brown Assoc. of Houston. Born to Joel Clovis Chapman and Ella Verna Beard in Orange, TX. On October 11, 1954. He married Tammy Estes Mancil on February 29, 1996, he is survived by his wife Tammy Chapman, two daughters, Angela Chapman and Amanda Shrestha and her husband Dipesh both of Port Arthur, TX., sons, Thomas Joel Chapman III of Nederland, TX., J.R. Mancil II of Vidor, TX., two sisters, Beverly Gillingham and Brenda Rodgers of Orange, TX., 1 brother, Kenneth of Cleveland, TX., two granddaughters, Sarah and Sadie Shrestha, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday December 15, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Visiatation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Sunday December 14, 2003 at the funeral home.
