Theodore William Hilyar, Sr.

Ted Hilyar, Sr, 72, of Vidor, TX died Tuesday, January 16th, 2018 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, TX. He was a longtime resident of Vidor who enjoyed fishing, boating, going to the beach and the lake, and camping with his wife Diane. He liked to help people and was known as a man that would give the shirt off his back for others. Ted was a loving husband, father, and paw-paw. He is survived by 2 sons; Theodore William Hilyar Jr. and his wife Susan of Vidor and Matt Hilyar and his wife Leah also of Vidor, 4 grandchildren; Austin, Olivia, Nicolas, and Aleya Hilyar, along with 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Ted was preceded in death by his loving wife; Diane Elaine Hilyar. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
