THELMA J. FOSTER, 47, OF VIDOR, DIED SATURDAY, JANUARY 31, 2003 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Richmond Virginia she has lived in Vidor since 1978, and was a homemaker. Graveside services will be Saturday, February 1, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. She is survived by her husband William H. Foster of Vidor, Daughter: Kathy Lyn Foster of Vidor, and 1 Granddaughter Krystal D. Briggs.
