Sylvia Sue Fruge

Sue Fruge went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2008. She was born in Jasper, Texas; October 31, 1944, resided in Vidor most of her life, presently retired in Hemphill, Texas. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church for many years, presently a member of Bethany Baptist in Milam, Texas. She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years Robert Fruge. Her daughter Laura 'Susie' Daniel and her husband Sandy Daniel of Vidor, one son Robert Allen 'Bubba' Fruge and wife Terri Fruge of Groves, Six grandchildren Amber Lovell and her husband Al Lovell of Vidor, Trey Daniel of Vidor, Justin, Brittany, and Emily Fruge of Groves. One great grandson Noah Lovell of Vidor. Her sisters Faye Simmons of Vidor, Shirley Harris of Lumberton, brothers Charles Atwood and wife Jennifer of Vidor, and Larry Atwood of Vidor. Numerous nieces and nephews she loved dearly. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2008 at Memorial Funeral home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 6:00 -9:00 p.m. Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home.
