Sybil Dale Griggs

Sybil D. Griggs, 88, of Vidor died Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Texarkana, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Sybil was a Homemaker and a member of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin 6:00 pm Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. Sybil is survived by her daughter Wanda Greene and her husband Mike of Kountze, TX, son Johnny Griggs and his wife Sandy of Longview, TX, brothers Jack Lathram of Amarillo, TX, Burton Lathram of Paint Rock, TX, sister Anita Hawkins of Dallas, TX, 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
