Stephenie Gayle Thibodeaux

Stephenie Gayle Thibodeaux, 72, of Vidor, TX died Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Stephenie earned her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of Texas and taught nursing at Lamar State College-Orange. She enjoyed studying and doing genealogy, traveling, and reading cookbooks. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 27, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A graveside service will be Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Williamson Cemetery. Stephenie is survived by 2 sons; David Thibodeaux and his wife Pam, and Eddie Thibodeaux and his wife Felicia, 1 daughter-in-law; Susan Thibodeaux, all of Vidor. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 1 sister; Linda Hayes of Vidor. Stephenie was preceded in death by her husband; Herman Thibodeaux, 1 daughter; Barbara Thibodeaux, and her parents; Leon and Joyce Hayes.
