Seniese "Skitchy" Kathleen McGee

Seniese "Skitchy" Kathleen McGee, 64, of Vidor, passed away on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Skitchy was a beloved member of the Vidor community, known for her warmth, charm, and love for those around her. A longtime resident, she worked in sales with Redken Distributors, where her passion for helping others feel their best shone brightly.

Outside of work, Skitchy found her greatest joys in life through the simple moments spent with her family, her cherished cat Missy, and especially her grandchildren. She was a gifted baker, always ready to whip up something sweet for those she loved, and her treats brought her family together with love and laughter.

Skitchy is survived by her loving children: Cassandra Ketcherside and husband Justin of Silsbee, TX; Crystal McGee and fiancé Benji Deptula of Vidor, TX; and Danielle McGee and partner Kyle Freed of Vidor, TX. She also leaves behind her brother James Kelley and wife Lavern of Magnolia, TX; sisters Patrice Ware of Vidor, TX, Deniese Hanks and husband Charlie of Vidor, TX, Celeste Ford and husband John of Vidor, TX, and Caprice Swearingen of Kountze, TX.

Her memory will be cherished by her grandchildren: Julionna, Noah, Evan, Addyson, and Emberleigh Ketcherside; Jacklen, Victoria, Dalton, and Zoe Baker; as well as her precious great-grandchildren Aspyn White and Aribella White, who will all remember her love and warmth.

Skitchy will be deeply missed, and her legacy of kindness and joy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
