Sanford John 'Sj' Breaux

SJ Breaux, 82, of Vidor died Monday, November 26, 2012 at his residence. A native of Youngsville, LA., he was a longtime resident of Vidor, and was a retired manager of the goodyear service stores and pipefitter with Local #195. He served his country in the United States Army. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm and a Christian Vigil to begin at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. SJ was preceded in death by his parents Hector Breaux and Lelia Savoy Miles, by his infant brothers, and his sister Thelma Lee Patin. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Jean Breaux of Vidor, sons David Breaux and his wife Margaret of Austin, Dennis Breaux and his wife Bonnie of Lake Charles, LA., daughters Tina Pieper and her husband Mike of Beaumont, Denise Rogers and her fiance Todd Soape of Vidor, sister Lois Meaux of LA., eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
