Ruth Senjem

Ruth M. Senjem, 93, of Vidor died Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Harbor Hospice Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Sargent, Minnesota, she was a longtime resident of Hayfield, MN before moving to Vidor, TX 5 years ago. Ruth worked for Libby's Packing Plant over 27 years in Rochester, MN, enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and baking. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 23, 2015 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm Monday, November 23, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Ruth is survived by her daughter Mary Distad of Vidor, TX, 5 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Martin and Regina Exe, daughter Dorothy Hougthon, 2 son-in-laws Russell Hougthon and Eugene Distad, brother Joesph Exe, sisters Gladys Johnson, Hazel Lee, Doris Roe and Stella Roe.
