Ronald James Trahan

Ronald "Ronnie" James Trahan, 85, of Vidor, Texas died Tuesday, March 15th, 2022 at Focused Care at Orange, in Orange, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of Vidor and a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. He worked as a carpenter until he retired. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking in his spare time. He also liked to work on cars. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be a visitation Saturday, March 19th, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The funeral will be held Sunday, March 20th, 2022 at 2:00 PM also at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Ronnie is survived by his wife of 62 years Jane Trahan of Vidor, TX, his son Todd Trahan of Vidor, TX, his sisters Barbara Gooch of Vidor, TX and Cheryl Barnett of Deweyville, TX, his brother Charles Trahan Copperas Cove, TX, three grandchildren Brandon and wife Krystal, Josh and wife Charlsie and Amber Trahan and her significant other Jason Emfinger, along with five great grandchildren, Ayden, Peyton, Sophia, Vayln, and Cruz. He was preceded in death by his son Keith Trahan.
