Roger Frank Russell

Roger Frank Russell, 79, of Vidor died Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, in Beaumont, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Vidor and member of Friendship Baptist Church in Buna, Texas. He was a retired painter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking and gardening. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation is 5:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022 also at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Roger is survived by his wife of 63 years Carol Sue Russell of Vidor, TX, his sons Frank Russell Jr. and his wife Kim of Vidor, TX and Chris Russell and his wife Susan of Vidor, TX, his brothers Vernon Russell of Vidor, TX, Douglas Russell of Fred, TX, Gary Russell of Sour Lake, TX, and Billy Russell of Vidor, TX as well as five grandchildren Christian, Breana, Hope, Brianne and husband Hector, Lucas and wife Sarah. He loved Jesus, his wife, children, grandchildren, and church family. Pallbearers will be Lucas Russell, Chuck Steele, Hector Delgado, Van Ratcliff, Lance Alvis and Charlie Alvis
