Robert Howard Witt

Robert H. Witt, 74, of Vidor died Friday, March 8, 2013 at his residence. A native of Galveston, TX., he has lived in Vidor since 1984. Robert was a transmission tech and owner-operator of Vidor Transmission for 50 years in Vidor. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Elsie Witt, brothers Herbie Witt and Harvey Witt. Robert is survived by his son Robert Otis Witt, Sr of Vidor, daughter Debra Renee Schulz of Austin, six grandchildren: Chad Meier, Crystal Beard, Bobby Witt, Mikey Witt, Kurt Witt, and Dustin Witt, and thirteen great grandchildren.
