Robert Franklin Burge, Sr.

Robert F. Burge, 74, of Vidor died Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He is a native and a longtime resident of Vidor. Robert was a painter with the Local Union in Houston. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Burge Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. Robert is survived by his wife Wilma Burge of Vidor, TX, son Robert Burge, Jr. of Vidor, TX, daughters Judy M. Hare of Priest River, ID, Susan Burge of Vidor, TX, and 1 grandchild Karen Diana Hare of Priest River, ID.
