Richard Watson, Sr, 67, of Vidor, TX died Sunday, October 14th, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He enjoyed spending time on his computer and was an avid Vidor Pirates fan but he especially enjoyed being at his grandson's activities. Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Friday, October 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Del Rose Cemetery. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 37 years; Sara Watson, 1 daughter; Crystal Morgan and her husband Jeremy, 2 sons; Richard Watson, Jr. and his wife Gwen, and Robert Watson and his wife Traci, all of Vidor. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 1 sister; Lisa Watson of Vidor and 1 brother; Norman Watson, also of Vidor. Richard was preceded in death by his parents; Virgil and Ada Watson, 2 brothers; Donald Watson and Tony Watson, and 1 sister; Barbara Fleming.
