Peggy Maxine Cash

Peggy Cash, 76, of Vidor died Sunday, August 17, 2008 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor, Texas. A native of Jackson, TN., she was a longtime resident of Vidor, she was a dental hygenist, and a food service supervisor, and she retired as an activity director. She was a longtime active member of Pecan Acres Baptist Church. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2008 at Pecan Acres Baptist Church under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Peggy is survived by her sons Buddy Cash of Sour Lake, Greg Cash and Robert Cash both of Vidor, daughters Pamela Thompson and Fredonna Seigrist both of Vidor, brother Calvin Williams of Kirbyville, sisters Roma Freeman of Beaumont, Glenda Richard of Kirbyville, eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren, best friends Joyce McGlaughlin and Andrea Parker both of Vidor, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff with Odyssey Hospice and Oakwood Manor Nursing Home..
