Pedro Martinez, Jr.

Pedro Martinez, Jr., 77, of Vidor died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Vidor Manor Nursing Home in Vidor, TX. A native of San Antonio, TX., he was a longtime resident of the golden triangle. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp, and was a postal service worker with the United States Government. Graveside services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, TX. Pedro is survived by his sons Anthony Martinez of Weaverville, NC., and Rudy Martinez of Austin, TX., daughter Kada Cross of Weaverville, NC., sisters Marie Martinez of Houston, Ester Garcia of Indiana, Rose Marie Leblanc of Dewberry, TX., and Elsie Marshal of Baytown, TX., and four grandchildren.
