Patrick Godeaux Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Godeaux, aged 54, of Vidor, Texas. Patrick departed this life on Friday, April 5, 224, at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont, surrounded by his loved ones. He was a cherished member of the Vidor community, known for his generous spirit and kind heart.

Patrick was a devoted member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor, where he found solace and community. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often spending his days grilling delicious meals for his family and friends or venturing into the great outdoors to camp and connect with nature. Patrick's giving nature extended beyond his loved ones, as he was known for his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Patrick leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be cherished by all who knew him. He is survived by his devoted wife of 12 years, Sonya Godeaux of Vidor, Texas, and his children: Josh Godeaux and his wife Miranda of Vidor, Texas; Justin Godeaux of Vidor, Texas; Winter Ferraro and her husband Alan of Atkins, South Carolina; Hayley Barnes of North Carolina; Cayden Godeaux of Vidor, Texas; Sherry Renshaw and her husband Carlin of Bridge City, Texas; Amber and Wes Pachuca of Orangefield, Texas; KJ and Chelsea Spinato of Vidor, Texas; and Andrea Spinato of Lumberton, Texas.

Patrick is also survived by his cherished grandchildren: Alexis, Felicity, Joshua Jr., Reyna, Trypp Rex, Justices, Noah, Brody, Gavin, Serenity, Alysa, Jamie, Oliver, Adaline, and one grandchild on the way.

Patrick Godeaux's presence in the lives of those around him will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were touched by his kindness and generosity. May he rest in peace, and may his legacy of love continue to inspire us all.
