Pat James

Pat James, 73, of Vidor died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at her residence. A native of Washington D.C., she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Pat was a postal letter carrier in Beaumont and Kountze for 18 years. She was an avid bowler and did competition shooting. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn memorial Park in Vidor. A gathering for family and friends will be held from 7:00 - 9:00 pm Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Monty James, son Kenneth Stuart James and brother James Burton. She is survived by her son Bud James and his wife Laurie of Groves, TX, daughter Kitty Miller and her husband Tracy of Vidor, TX, brothers Johnny and Steven Burton both of Lothian, MD, sisters Marilyn 'Pete' Hillen of Brownsville, PA, Penny Dorsey of Owings, MD, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
