Olive Barbara Girlinghouse

Olive Barbara Girlinghouse, lovingly known as "Bobbie," passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, February 7th, 2025, at the age of 95.

A longtime resident of Vidor, Bobbie was known for her vibrant spirit, green thumb, and a heart as warm as her kitchen. Her love for gardening was evident in the beautiful blooms and thriving plants that surrounded her home. Nothing brought her more joy than preparing delicious meals for her family, filling both hearts and stomachs with love and comfort.

Bobbie is survived by her children: Rosa Musgrave of Baytown, TX; BJ Davis of Payson, AZ; Janice of Florida; Kerry Dearman of Vidor, TX; and Cecil Radford of Claudesville, TN. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who cherished her deeply and carry forward her legacy of love and resilience.

Bobbie's warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered and celebrated by all who had the privilege to know her. Her family finds peace in knowing that her memory will forever bloom like the garden she so lovingly tended.
