Nora Jane Youngblood

Nora J. Youngblood, 76 of Vidor died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, TX. A native of Church Point, LA., she has lived in Vidor for 71 years, and was a homemaker. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a Christian Vigil and Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Nora was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Youngblood, and sons Douglas Patrick Youngblood, and David Keith Youngblood. She is survived by her daughters Dru Fisher, Linda Pantely, and Tommie Williams, brothers Vincent Godeaux, and Patrick Godeaux, and sister Mary Ann Minton all of Vidor, and ten grandchildren.
