Nelson "Tops" Loyd Wright

Nelson "Tops" L. Wright, 82, of Vidor died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at his residence in Vidor. A native of San Augustine, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Nelson was a member of Turning Point Church in Vidor and was a retired machinist. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean War and loved to fish and garden. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Memorial Fuenral Home of Vidor. Nelson is survived by his daughter Vicki Smith and her husband Stacy of Vidor, TX, brother Johnny Wright of Longview, TX, 3 grandchildren Justin, Jacob Jackson and Jenna Smith, 2 great-grandchildren.
