Neda Eulane Wilson

Neda E. Wilson, 75, of Vidor, TX died Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 at Sterling Oaks Rehabilitation in Katy, TX. She was born in Beaumont, TX she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Neda earned her Ph.D and worked as a Social Worker and was a strong proponent of social justice. She loved Jesus very much and was a member of First Baptist Church in Vidor where she often lead Bible studies. In her spare time she enjoyed reading her Bible and learning new things. Visitation will be Monday, February 5, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Neda is survived by her daughter; Vanessa McDowell and her husband Steven of Katy, TX, 1 grandson; Ian McDowell, 1 sister; Pat Wilson along with numerous family and other loved ones. Neda was preceded in death by her parents; O. Woodrow and Ardell Wilson of Vidor, sister; Becky Wilson and brother; James Wilson.
