Myrtie Raomi Yaw

Myrtie R. Yaw, 60, of Vidor died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Stewart, MS., she was a lifetime resident of Orange County, and was a store clerk with Kraft Oil Company. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Myrtie was preceded in death by her parents Emmittee and Lora Murphy, sister Peggy Statum, and grandchild Kadejah Henderson. She is survived by her son Christopher Michael Yaw of Orange, daughters Lea Ann Boyles of Orange, Lisa Annette Villafano of Vidor, Frances Lora Yaw of Beaumont, Micki Michelle Yaw Pugh of Orange, brothers Carl Dennis Murphy of Madison, MS., and David Doyle Murphy of Bridge City, sisters Martha Ann Stanley and Jackie Ashworth both of Starks, LA., and Jean Grimes of Deweyville, fifteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
