Morris Luquette

Morris Luquette, 87, of Beaumont, TX died Tuesday, March 10th, 2020 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor, TX. Morris was a longtime resident of Beaumont and served his country in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He enjoyed working game rooms for Howard Morris and loved attending church. Morris was known to be very compassionate and generous and was always willing to help anyone. He is survived by 1 niece; Beverly Sarver and her husband Louie of Vidor, 2 sons; Billy Luquette of Kaplan, LA and Ricky Allen Luquette, 1 daughter; Cynthia Norsworthy, 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Morris was preceded in death by his parents; Gilbert and Cora Luquette, 2 brothers; Bobby and Sonny Luquette and 3 sisters; Lilly Holly, Bennie Fonenot and Inez Corbella. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
