Minnie Rose Wilkerson

Minnie Rose Wilkerson, 87, of Vidor, TX died Saturday, June 24th, 2017 in Beaumont, TX. Born in Beaumont, she was a longtime resident of Vidor who was self employed as a floral arranger. Minnie loved cooking and working with word puzzles but her greatest passion was spending time with her great granddaughters. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 27, 2017 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont. Minnie is survived by her daughter; Diana Smith and her husband Elmo of Cypress, TX, 1 granddaughter; Jodie Cook and her husband Brent of Spring, TX and 2 great granddaughters; Lana Smith and Vera Cook. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband; Henry Wilkerson and 1 sister; Doylene Watson.
