Michael "Mike" Kelvin Mitchel, Jr.

Michael "Mike" Kelvin Mitchel Jr., 55, died Sunday, September 11th, 2016 at his home. Mike served his country in the U.S. Air Force and loved to fish and spend time with his grandchildren. Mike is survived by his wife, Cathy Mitchel of 13 years, 1 daughter, Jennifer Stassi and her husband Brett of Plaquemine, LA, 1 son, Michael Kelvin Mitchel, III of White Castle, LA, 5 grandchildren, and a brother, Kelly Mitchel of Beaumont. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Michael, Sr and Aliyah Mitchel. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
