Maxine Glenn

Maxine Glenn, 79, of Vidor died Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at her residence. A native of Hempstead, TX., she was a longtime resident of Vidor, and was a retired computer billing agent for Gulf States Utilities. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Vidor. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Maxine was preceded in death by her daughter Carol Breaux. She is survived by her son Max Glenn and his wife Izora of Vidor, daughter Mary Glenn-Nickel and her husband Bill of Vidor, nieces Darla Crainer of Weslaco, TX., and Donna McDowell of Ojo Caliente, NM., seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two grand nephews.
