Marvin B. Pearson, 71, of Buna, TX died Thursday, June 21st, 2018 at Mid-Jefferson in Nederland, TX. A native of Orange, TX he was a longtime resident of Buna who enjoyed bowling, hunting, and all sports especially the Houston Astros. He also loved to spend time quality time with his family and friends. Visitation will be Monday, June 25, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor beginning at 6:00 p.m.. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Marvin is survived by his daughter; Laci Phillips of Bridge City, TX, grand-daughter; Shala Carr also of Bridge City, 3 great grand-daughters; Cailen Hallock, Skylar Hallock and Lakelyn Hallock. He is also survived by his significant other; Eva Newsome of Pt. Acres, TX. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents; Willie and Ida Pearson and 1 son; Lance Pearson.
