Marie Rosalie Haney

Rosalie Haney, 87, of Vidor died Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Jennings, LA., she has lived in Vidor since 1925 and was a homemaker. Rosalie was a charter member of First Baptist Church of Vidor. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Hugh T. 'Pete' Haney. She is survived by her sons David K, Haney and his wife Joy of Vidor, and Don H. Haney and his wife Connie of Katy, TX., brother Leonard C. 'Jack' Fugate of Beaumont, sister Melba Yard of Vidor, grandchildren: Kristin Johnson and her husband Chris, Brian Haney and his wife Breyn, Trey Haney, and Elizabeth Haney, and one great granddaughter Kyra Johnson.
