Margaret Torbert-Munoz

Margaret Torbert-Munoz, 60, of Vidor went to be with the Lord Friday, April 9, 2004. A native of Port Arthur, Texas, she has resided in Vidor since 1979. Margaret was a homemaker, a loving mother, wife, daughter and MawMaw to her family and she opened her home to all walks of life with an unconditional love. She is a member of Faith Assembly of God were her son Benny Torbert is Pastor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at Faith Assembly of God in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX. Officiating will be Reverend Don Goodwin and Reverend Benny Torbert. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Margaret is survived by her mother: Mary Torbert of Vidor, TX., husband of 35 years: Salvador Munoz of Vidor, TX., sons: Benny Torbert and Troy McLeod both of Vidor, TX., daughters: Michelle Munoz-Childs of Sulphur, LA., Tonya Munoz of Vidor, TX., 5 grandchildren, 1 niece, 6 nephews and a multitude of friends.
