Luther Alton Williams

Luther A. Williams, 65, of Vidor died Monday, June 16, 2008 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Vidor for 34 years, and was a stationary engineer for 28 years with Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Luther was an avid fisherman. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife Sandra Williams, son Thomas Alton Williams both of Vidor, daughters Alta Gana of Silsbee, and Shera Mayes of Vidor, sisters Earlene Reynolds of Houston, and Mattie Alice Eakes of Sour Lake, and two grandchildren.
