Loyce M. Andrus, 83, of Vidor died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at her residence. A native of Saratoga, TX., she has lived in Vidor for 42 and a half years, and was a homemaker. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Loyce was preceded in death by her husband Tragott Henry Andrus, Sr., parents George and Clara Jones, brother Herman Jones, sisters Doris Buller, Ruth Maddox, Joyce Chandler, and Ethel Jones. She is survived by her sons George Andrus, Phillip Andrus, and Tragott Henry Andrus, Jr all of Vidor, daughter Patricia Grant and her husband Johnnie of Dangerfield, TX., brother George Glenn Jones of Franklin, TN., sister Helen Stroggens of Woodville, four grandchildren: Dan Edward Gentry, Dale Grant, Nickie Sutton and Michelle Harter, and three great grandchildren: Tara Louviere, Marissa Plemons and Teagan Harter. Pallbearers will be Bryan Jones, Jeffery Jones, Darren Jones, Charles Scroggins, David Osbourn, and Dale Grant.\r\n
