L.Glenquot; L.G.quot; Hurlburt, 73 of Vidor died Sunday, August 14, 2005 at his residence in Vidor. Glen was a native of Logansport, IN, he was a Vidor resident for 39 years. Glen was a self-employed Welder and was in the welding profession for 55 years. He served his county in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with cremation to follow. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home. Glen is survived by his wife of 51 years Hazel Hurlburt of Vidor, TX, sons: Ted Springs and his wife Joyce of Vidor, TX, Larry Springs and his wife Peggy of Fred, TX, daughters: Charlene Springs Leger and her husband Dexter, Vickie Hurlburt Duke and her husband Jerry all of Vidor, TX, Darlene Ford of Indianapolis, IN, brothers: Ray Hurlburt of Logansport, IN, Robert Clouse of Kokomo, IN, sisters: Eva Terry of Kokomo, IN , Mary Ellen Gunter of Logansport, IN, 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
