Loraine Brodnax

Loraine Brodnax, 82, of Vidor died Saturday, September 29, 2007 at her residence. A lifelong resident of Vidor, she was a homemaker. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Mansfield Cemetery in Vidor, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 1, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. Loraine was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years A.Q. Brodnax, son Larry Dee Brodnax, parents Thurston and Viola Mansfield, brothers Thurston “Top” Mansfield, Fred Mansfield, Arnold Mansfield, sister Agnes Vincent, granddaughter Brenda Gail Eaves, and great grandson John Hilton Malagarie. She is survived by her sons Martin Brodnax and his wife Sue Ann, and Roger Brodnax and his wife Roberta, daughter Nelda Loraine Brodnax Eaves and her husband Jimmy all of Vidor, fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
