Lonnie D. Warren, 73, of Vidor died Friday, November 21, 2014 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Alto, Missouri, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Lonnie was a member of the Boilermakers Local Union #587 and was a member of The Dwelling Place Church of God in Vidor. He served his country in the US Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 26, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Monday, November 25, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Lonnie is survived by his son Tim Warren of Etoile, TX, daughters Kathy Worthy of Denton, TX, and Melanie Powell of Vidor, TX, sisters Jerry Humphrey of Pennsylvania, and Shirley Wheeler of Missouri, brother Gary Walker of Missouri, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
