Lewis Clayton Long Sr.

Lewis C. Long Sr., 75 of Gary, TX died Monday, June 8th, 2020 at his residence. A native of Kirbyville, TX, he lived in Vidor before moving to Gary 15 years ago. Lewis was a plant operator with Print Pac in Orange, TX. He loved to fish and hunt. Lewis enjoyed piddling around the house and was a master of jerry rigging. one of his favorite activities was dancing with his wife. Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Friday, June 12, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Lewis was preceded in death by his wife Patsy Long. He is survived by his son Lewis "Bubba" Long Jr of Nederland, TX and Byron McDaniel Sr. of Burkeville, TX, daughters Kelli Grey of Beaumont, TX, Page Mays of Kountze, TX, Misty Long of Nederland, TX, Cindy McDaniel of Burkeville, TX and Karen Smith of Vidor, TX, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
