Lenora Youngblood

Lenora Youngblood, 87, of Vidor, died Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at her residence in Vidor. A native of Port Arthur, TX, she lived in Vidor for 55 years. Lenora worked in the cafeteria at Vidor High School for 26 years and was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation was held Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home. Lenora is survived by her son: Jerry Youngblood and his wife Pat of Vidor, TX, daughters: Becky Bean and her husband Bobby and Peggy Love both of Katy, TX, brother: Harvey Walters of Port Acres, TX, grandchildren: Rufus Youngblood, Sember Allen, Kimberly Bean, Amy Bean, Jessica Rosen, Ryan LeDoux, Angie Curry, Tammy great-grandchildren: Hunter Allen, Blaze Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband: Otis C. Youngblood and her son: Douglas Youngblood. A special thanks to the kind helpers of Southern Care Hospice.
