Lenis Wayne Douget

Lenis W. Douget, 58, of Vidor died Monday, November 15, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of Vidor and was a carpenter with Local Union #502. Lenis was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del-Rose Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home. Lenis was preceded in death by his parents Felician and Isabele Douget, and brother Jimmy Ray Douget. He is survived by his wife Candy Lou Douget, sons Lenis Douget, Jr of Vidor, TX, William Douget of Humble, TX, Jimmy Petersen of Vidor, TX, daughter Tammy Whitley of Beaumont, TX, brothers Wilson Douget of Carlos, LA, Harold Douget of Gonzales, LA, Delford Douget of Starks, LA, and Ronnie Douget of Vidor, TX, sisters Helen Simmons of Carlos, LA, Lou Ann Dunning of Louisiana and Vianna Scoggins of Henderson, TX, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
