A beloved longtime resident of Southeast Texas, Lauren was born and raised in the vibrant community of Louisiana, where he developed a love for the rich cultural heritage of the region. His passion for cooking was renowned among family and friends, who often gathered to enjoy his culinary creations. Lauren found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending countless hours watching wrestling, old westerns, and animated movies, which brought a sense of nostalgia and comfort.
Lauren's greatest joy was his family. He cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories through shared laughter and love. His generous spirit and warm heart touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew him.
He is survived by his devoted wife of six years, Nerissa Touchet of Vidor, TX. Lauren was a proud father to his children, Joseph Touchet of Orange, TX, and Adreanne Moranas of Vidor, TX, who will carry on his legacy of love and resilience. He is also survived by his brothers, Phillip Touchet, Chad Touchet, Jerry DeVille and Edward DeVille, with whom he shared a lifelong bond. Lauren's parents, Glenn and Veronica Touchet of Forked Island, LA, provided him with a foundation of love and support that shaped him into the remarkable man he was.
Lauren James Touchet's memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him, as a testament to a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.
