Larry Norman Shelton

Larry N. Shelton, 56, of Vidor died Sunday, June 5, 2005 at his residence in Vidor. A native of Rector, AR, he lived in Vidor since 1983. Larry was a self-employed Port Captain and served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home. Larry is survived by his wife Sterlene Shelton of Vidor, TX, son: Larry Alan Shelton of Lumberton, TX, daughter: Amy Lynn Shelton Chesser of Vidor, TX, parents: Norman and Louise Shelton of Rector, AR, brother: Keith Shelton of Searcy, AR, sisters: Karen Turner of Neelyville, MO, Dana Street of Rector, AR, and 2 grandchildren.
