Lanell 'Nell' I. Ballard

Nell Ballard, 71, of Vidor died Sunday, August 5, 2012 at her residence. A native of Silsbee, TX, she was a lifelong resident of Vidor. She was a retired loan officer with Vidor State Bank. Nell was a member of the Women's Bowling Association and Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Pine Forest Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Pine Forest Baptist Church. Nell is survived by her husband Lee Roy Ballard, son Mark Ballard of Evadale, TX, daughter Karen McRight of Steamboat Springs, CO, 10 grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
