Kenneth Huffman

Kenneth Lester Huffman, 86, of Vidor died Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Beaumont and moved to Vidor in 1997 and has been living here since. He was a member of Eastgate Pentecostal Church in Vidor and had served his country in the United States Navy. Kenneth loved gospel music and loved eating hot dogs. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and loved his children and his two grand-daughters. He loved his church and church family, and shooting pool when he was younger. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 9th, 2023 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 10th, 2023 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Interment will follow at Mount Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville, Texas. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 59 years Lou Huffman of Vidor, TX, his sons, Randy and wife Debby Huffman of Beaumont, TX and Jeff Huffman of Vidor, TX, his sisters Judy Fahrig of Lumberton, TX, and Mary Beth Kubecka of Austin, TX, and his brother Richard "Rick" Huffman of McGaheysville, Virginia, as well as his two granddaughters Kahli Shawnee Lowe and Patience Huffman. He was preceded in death by his son Rodney Huffman.
